Sakura Advisory was founded by Tim Sturrock to provide a range of corporate advisory services to SME’s; from helping founders and leadership teams run better and more effective businesses, through to the sale of privately-owned companies, business acquisitions, company valuations, coordinating sale-readiness processes, and developing commercialisation plans.

After a career as a senior leader in a growing entrepreneurial business, and a 15+ year career in management consulting delivering dozens of engagements, including business restructuring, business sale and turn-around projects across a range of industries, Tim has seen both ends of the business spectrum and has a genuine empathy for the challenges leadership teams and entrepreneurs face in running their business.

His approach has been informed by these experiences and is genuinely pragmatic and down-to-earth, being focussed on helping business owners and leadership get what they want from their business.
